Lyricist Mannu says giving yourself some space can help you deal with creative block
There was always a writer in me and I knew that from the beginning as I used to write stories from a very young age. Further, working with my brother in the music industry inspired me to write and compose songs said Nitish Gupta a.k.a Mannu in his interview with ETimes.Coming to the latest release I would like to say we were working on this song for the last 1 and half years. We wanted to bring something simple and beautiful and we ended up with this result he added.During the conversation Mannu also spoke about the creative block that an artist faces when he works on multiple projects. The creative block is a mental block for me while working on multiple projects of different genres at the same time. At that time best measure is to go for an outing and have some space. It is best to dedicate time to a specific project at a time said Mannu.On the work front Mannu has an interesting lineup both as a lyricist and composer.
