Shilpa Shetty has been embroiled in controversy ever since her husband Raj Kundra was arrested by the Mumbai Crime Branch for his alleged involvement in a pornography content creation and distribution case. Shilpa has not been snapped post this controversy and the actress also cancelled her appearance on her regular TV show. However, according to a news portal Shilpa Shetty is expected to join several international celebrities for a Covid19 fundraiser event.

Raj Kundras 14day judicial custody ends today however his release may be hindered. According to a report the Mumbai Police is expected to produce Sherlyn Chopras statement against the businessman in Mumbai Sessions Court which may cause trouble.It was only last week that Shilpa Shetty broke silence over the entire controversy. She issued a statement on social media and urged everyone to respect her familys privacy, for the sake of her children--Viaan and Samisha. MY STAND I HAVE NOT COMMENTED YET and will continue to refrain from doing so on this case as it is subjudice, so please stop attributing false quotes on my behalf. Reiterating my philosophy of, as a celebrity Never complain never explain. All I will say is, as it’s an on going investigation I have full faith in the Mumbai Police & the Indian judiciary. As a family we are taking recourse to all our available legal remedies.
