Students of Lyallpur Khalsa College, Jalandhar, performed well in Guru Nanak Dev University exams. Principal of the College Dr Gurpinder Singh Samra said Akanksha Nayyar has bagged 1st position in the Master in Tourism and Management III Semester by getting 538 marks out of 600, whereas Neha of the same class bagged 2nd position by getting 519 marks, Poonam bagged 3rd position by getting 517 marks, Mandeep Kaur bagged 4th position by getting 512 marks, Neetu bagged 7th position by getting 502 marks and Deeksha bagged 10th position by getting 485 marks. He also said that meritorious students are awarded fee concession and scholarship to encourage and reward them for better performance.
